Our Practice Manager Is Janet Borthwick who is based at the Westwood Surgery in Welling, whose responsibilities will include the day-to-day running of both surgeries, financial management, administration, premises, the IT system, and staff training.

Care Navigators - Receptionists
Our Care Navigators - Receptionists have carried out care navigation training and are your first point of contact with us to get you to get the help you need in a timely manner and with the most appropriate type of clinican. This does not always need to be a GP.
They have a very difficult job to do, often dealing with people who are medically unwell and upset. They try to balance the demand for appointments with other duties, such as responding to telephone calls and carrying out administrative support for the doctors. If they ask you about the nature of your medical problem, it is because this information is helpful in order to liaise with the medical team to ensure your needs are met appropriately.
Our Assistant Practice Manager is Maxine Lewis.
They will try their best to be helpful, efficient and polite at all times. Rarely, patients may feel that they are being unhelpful. If this is the case, please speak to our Practice Manager if you feel unhappy about this.
